What does PartStock do?

What brands does PartStock offer?
PartStock offers Dell, HP, IBM/Lenovo and Toshiba
What does refurbished/recertified mean?
For PartStock, refurbished/recertifed means that the system has been cleaned inside and out, and thoroughly tested to look and work like a new system.
Where do your computers come from?
The majority of our equipment comes from corporate end of leases.
What condition are the computers in after being refurbished?
PartStock's computers are in "like-new" condition. The computers are cleaned inside and out, the plastics are replaced if needed, and the exterior is painted. The components are all thoughly tested and in excellent working order.
Where do you ship?
PartStock ships everywhere in the US and in Canada. We can ship to other locations as well.
Do you have a minimum order?
No.
If I order a large quantity, will they all be identical?
Yes. Not only will they have identical specs, they will have identical components to alieviate issues when imaging and deploying.
Do you have a maximum order?
Not that we have reached yet.
Is my software legal?
Yes. PartStock Computer is a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher (MAR), as well as a Microsoft Authorized Education Reseller (AER) and Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. Every computer will leave PartStock with a new, valid and fully supported Windows license.
Are there warranties on your products?
Yes. PartStock Computer offers many warranty options, from 90 Days up to Five Years. We will work to fit your needs.
Can we order custom configurations?
Yes.
Can we order custom imaging?
Yes. PartStock will image your order for you to save time on installation. We will also store your image and install it on your future orders, too.
What is the turn-around time - from your warehouse to our location?
PartStock will deliver most orders within 10 days from the receipt of the Purchase Order.
Do you offer demos?
Yes. We offer a 30 day free trial of anything that we have in stock. Email us to find out more.

What are your Technical certifications/awards?
We have 8 Technicians on staff, with certifications including Dell Certified Technicians, CompTIA A+, CompTIA network+, CompTIA server+, Cisco CNA, Microsoft Certified Professionals, Microsoft Certified System Adminstrator and Toshiba Authorized Repair Professionals. Plus we were recognized as a Minneapolis Best of Business in 2010.
