PartStock Computer cares a great deal about your complete satisfaction on each and every purchase. Our goal is simple: to exceed your expectations and provide you streamlined, friendly and respectful customer service with our incomparable in-house customer service and technical support.

On the rare occasion where there is a problem with the quality or functionality of the equipment, we ask that you follow our warranty and return policy procedures.

If you have a problem or question about your computer equipment, call us Toll-Free at 877.928.4800 or email service@partstock.com. Our sales representatives or customer service representatives will listen to your problem or question and recommend the best and most efficient resolution for your issue.

If you need to speak to our in-house technical support, we will make that connection for you, too. In order to best serve you and resolve your technical issue, we provide our technical staff with your specific records.  This allows them to advise you of options with full knowledge of your custom configuration. In most cases we can connect you immediately to our technical support for fast resolution. However, there may be times when a technician may have to return your call or e-mail after revieving your customer information. Either way, we are committed to resolving your issue or answering your technical question in a timely manner so that you are 100% satisfied.

If the technical staff or customer service representative authorizes you to send damaged or defective product back to PartStock Computer, we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that an RMA number will only be issued during the warranty period. You will be asked to follow the steps detailed in our warranty and return policy.
